01
Why rent

The machine earns while you are still paying for it.

That is the whole point of renting rather than saving up to buy. The machine goes in, it starts taking money, and it works towards its own cost.

i

No big cash outlay

You do not tie up your savings in one machine before you have earned a cent from it.

ii

A term that suits the site

Twelve, twenty four or thirty six months. Pick the one that fits what your spot realistically brings in, not what looks good on paper.

iii

An option to purchase at the end

Rent it, run it, and take up the option to own it when the term is done. Your consultant explains exactly how that works before you sign anything.

iv

Your terms in writing before you commit

You get your answer and your rental terms in writing. Nothing is agreed on a phone call.

02
Who can apply

You do not have to be an established business.

Plenty of good operators start with one machine and no trading history. The application is built to give people like that a fair hearing.

i

Employed, self-employed or a registered company

All three can apply. The form adjusts to which one you are, so you are never asked for paperwork that does not apply to you.

ii

Yes, we check your credit record

We do, and we say so plainly on the form. It is not the only thing an assessor looks at, and a mark against your name is not automatically the end of it.

iii

No spot yet is not a dead end

Tell us on the form that you still need a location and we work through placement with you.

03
The application

Five short sections.

The form asks only what an assessor actually needs to make a decision. Every field is in plain English, and the documents come last.

The document step is completely optional. Attach what you have and it moves faster. Attach nothing and your application still goes through.
Anything you upload goes over an encrypted connection and stays on the VendFin server. It is not handed to an outside service.
Every consent is spelled out in full before you submit, not hidden behind a link.

Questions

What people ask before they apply.

Do I need a spot before I apply?
No. The form asks whether you already have a location. If you do not, choose the help option and we work through placement with you.
Do I have to send documents to apply?
No. Every upload on the last step is optional and you can submit without attaching a single one. Sending them with the application just saves a round of back and forth later.
Will you check my credit record?
Yes. The application includes your consent for a credit bureau and trade reference check, employer confirmation, bank verification and a criminal record check. The full wording is on the form so you can read it before you submit.
How long is the rental term?
Twelve, twenty four or thirty six months. You pick on the form and your consultant confirms what is available for the machine you chose.
Do I own the machine at the end?
This is a rental agreement with an option to purchase. You rent the machine for your chosen term, and at the end you can take up the option to buy it. Your consultant sets out exactly how that works, in writing, before you sign.
Can I apply if I have never run a vending machine?
Yes. A lot of operators start with their first machine. Tell us about your spot and your income on the form and we take it from there.
